New additions Kindred Cooks and Zenbunni Chocolatiers come to the LA Chocolate Salon’s 10th Anniversary event.
Kindred Cooks is a well-known creative handmade caramel maker in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Zenbunni Chocolatiers bring the Southern California chocolate vibe to the salon. They say, “We are a rare Biodynamic Chocolatier based in Los Angeles, CA. We have traveled all over the world to source the highest quality Biodynamic ingredients. We deeply believe in sustainable, conscious, and holistic agriculture for healing our planet, and in turn, ourselves. We have created fourteen different flavors of dark chocolate bars using medicinal plants, mushrooms, spices, and essential oils; three flavors of drinking chocolate, assorted gift boxes, and our signature Gheenache. All our chocolate bars are vegan, dairy free, gluten free, soy free, and free of refined sugar.”
